目的 探索五加生化膠囊聯(lián)合云南白藥膠囊在藥物流產(chǎn)后對(duì)減少陰道出血量，縮短陰道出血時(shí)間及提高完全流產(chǎn)率的臨床療效。方法 對(duì)要求藥物流產(chǎn)而無(wú)用藥禁忌證的早孕婦女178例隨機(jī)分為兩組，治療組94例施行五加生化膠囊和云南白藥膠囊配伍米非司酮及米索前列醇用于流產(chǎn)全過(guò)程治療，對(duì)照組84例單用米非司酮加米索前列醇。嚴(yán)密觀察妊娠囊排出時(shí)間，流產(chǎn)后陰道出血情況。結(jié)果 完全流產(chǎn)率治療組為96.8%，對(duì)照組為90.5%，兩組比較無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＞0.05）。但流產(chǎn)后陰道出血量及出血時(shí)間治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 五加生化膠囊和云南白藥膠囊輔助藥物流產(chǎn)，可減少流產(chǎn)后陰道出血、縮短出血時(shí)間。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Wujia Shenghua Capsule (WSC) combined with Yunnan Baiyao Capsula (YBC) on reducing the amount of vaginal bleeding, shortening the time of vaginal bleeding, and increasing the complete abortion rate. Methods Early pregnancy women (178 cases) who required drug abortion without medication contraindications were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the treatment group (94 cases) were administered by WSC and YBC combined with mifepristone and misoprostol in the whole abortion process, and the patients in the control group (84 cases) were administered with mifepristone or misoprostol only. The efflux time of gestational sac and the situation of vaginal bleeding after abortion were strictly observed. Results The complete abortion rates in the treatment and control groups were 96.8% and 90.5%, respectively, without statistical significance between the two groups (P＞0.05). The amount and time of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group were both less than those in the control group with statistical significance between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion WSC and YBC in assisting drug abortion could reduce the vaginal bleeding and shorten the bleeding time.
