中藥作為特殊商品，質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)關(guān)系到其傳承發(fā)展的前途和在國(guó)際藥品市場(chǎng)中的戰(zhàn)略地位。中藥一直缺少與臨床療效對(duì)應(yīng)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。眾所周知，中藥是治療疾病的有形物質(zhì)并客觀存在，那么建立與臨床療效對(duì)應(yīng)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就不是一個(gè)難題。問(wèn)題的存在不是學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)不同而是科學(xué)知識(shí)的錯(cuò)誤，不是研究技術(shù)的落后而是研究引導(dǎo)的錯(cuò)誤，不是中藥復(fù)雜而是中藥知識(shí)的缺乏。中藥質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是影響中藥發(fā)展的核心問(wèn)題。中藥要繼續(xù)發(fā)展下去，必須回到兩千年前，從傳統(tǒng)的中醫(yī)藥理論和臨床實(shí)踐中尋找答案。

As a special commodity, the quality standards of Chinese materia medica (CMM) related to the future of inheritance and development and strategic position in the international drug market. CMM has been always lacking of the correspounding quality standards to the clinical efficacy. As all known, CMM is the tangible substance as the treatment of diseases and objective existence, then creating the corresponding quality standards with the clinical efficacy is not a problem. The existence of the problem is not an academic point of view, but the errors of scientific knowledge; not research technology backward but study guide error; not the complexity of CMM but the lack of CMM knowledge. The quality standards are the core issues affecting the development of CMM. For the continue development of CMM, the answers would be found from the traditional Chinese medicinal theory and clinical practice with returning to 2000 years ago.
