目的 觀察硫化氫(H2S)預處理對兔脊髓缺血再灌注損傷的保護效應。方法 將雄性新西蘭大白兔隨機分為假手術組、缺血再灌注組和H2S預處理組,觀察H2S對模型神經(jīng)行為學的影響,以及對神經(jīng)細胞凋亡和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)的影響。結果 H2S預處理提高神經(jīng)功能的評分,降低神經(jīng)細胞的凋亡,增強SOD和CAT活性(P<0.05)。結論 H2S對脊髓缺血再灌注損傷有較好的保護作用,其作用機制可能與抗自由基生成有關

[Abstract]
Objective To research the protection of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on spinal cord ischemia and reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: Sham group, spinal cord ischemia reperfusion injury group, and hydrogen sulfide treatment group. The effect of H2S on model rabbits was investigated for the neurological behavior, neuron apoptosis, superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase (CAT). Results H2S pretreatment improved neurological function score, reduced neuronal apoptosis and enhanced the activity of SOD and CAT (P <0.05). Conclusion H2S produces a protective effect on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury and the mechanism may be related with the generation of anti-free radicals.
