[摘要]
目的 觀察綠豆癀對大鼠高脂血癥的影響。方法 將Wistar大鼠隨機分為對照組,模型組,綠豆癀高、中、低劑量組和綠豆粉組。采用喂飼高脂飼料方法建立大鼠高脂血癥模型,末次喂飼后禁食12 h,測定血清三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白–膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白–膽固醇(HDL-C)的量。結(jié)果 綠豆癀高劑量能明顯降低血清LDL-C(P<0.01),而且其效果明顯比綠豆粉組好(P<0.05);綠豆癀各劑量和綠豆粉均能明顯降低血清TG、升高血清HDL-C(P<0.01、P<0.05),綠豆癀高、中劑量的效果更佳,與綠豆粉相比有明顯差異(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 綠豆癀對大鼠高血脂癥具有明顯的調(diào)節(jié)作用。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the effects of Mungbean Huang on hyperlipermia in rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control, model, high-, mid-, and low-Mungbean Huang, and Mungbean Huang powder groups. The hyperlipemic model of rats was established by high-fat diet. Fasting 12 h after the last administration, the concentration of triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum was determined. Results High-dose Mungbean Huang could significantly decrease the concentrations of LDL-C (P < 0.01), and functioned better than Mungbean Huang powder (P < 0.05). Both Mungbean Huang and Mungbean Huang powder could significantly decrease the concentration of TG and increase the concentration of HDL-C (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). High- and mid-dose Mungbean Huang functioned better than Mungbean Huang powder (P < 0.01). Conclusion Mungbean Huang could obviously improve hyperlipermia in rats.
