目的 研究胃散對胃潰瘍大鼠胃黏膜的保護作用。方法 采用乙酸燒灼型胃潰瘍模型、幽門結(jié)扎型胃潰瘍模型、乙醇損傷型胃潰瘍模型，檢測潰瘍指數(shù)、胃酸總酸度、胃酸分泌速度和胃蛋白酶活性，綜合考察胃散對胃潰瘍模型大鼠胃黏膜的保護作用。結(jié)果 胃散在1、0.5、0.25 g/kg劑量下，對乙酸燒灼型胃潰瘍有非常顯著的促愈合作用；對幽門結(jié)扎型胃潰瘍的形成有顯著的抑制作用；對乙醇損傷的胃黏膜也有顯著的保護作用；對胃液總酸度、胃酸分泌速度和胃蛋白酶活性有明顯抑制作用，顯著增加胃液分泌量。結(jié)論 胃散具有增加胃液分泌、抑制胃酸分泌、抑制胃蛋白酶活性、保護胃黏膜和防止胃潰瘍的作用。

Objective To study the gastric mucosa protection activity of Wei San on rats with gastric ulcer. Methods The gastric mucosa protection effect of Wei San was evaluated by detecting the ulcer index (UI), total acidity of gastric juice, the secretion speed of gastric acid and pepsin activity on rats with gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid, pylorus ligation and alcohol. Results Wei San showed a significant healing promoting effect in acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer model, showed a depressant effect on the formation of gastric ulcer in pylorus ligation model, and displayed a marked protection effect on gastric mucosa in alcohol-induced gastric ulcer model by ig administered with the dosages of 1, 0.5, and 0.25 g/kg. Meanwhile, Wei San had a marked depressant effect on the total acidity of gastric juice, the secretion speed of gastric acid and the pepsin activity, also increased the gastric juice secretory volume. Conclusion Wei San has the potential efficacy on gastric ulcers by increasing gastric juice secretion and inhibiting gastric acid secretion and pepsin activity.
