[摘要]
目的 建立腎上腺素、去甲腎上腺素原料藥中有關(guān)物質(zhì)的HPLC分析方法。方法 采用五氟苯基柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流動(dòng)相為0.03 mol/L磷酸二氫銨–甲醇(98∶2),檢測波長280 nm,進(jìn)樣量20 μL,體積流量1.0 mL/min,柱溫20 ℃。結(jié)果 腎上腺素、去甲腎上腺素兩種物質(zhì)與其降解產(chǎn)物均能達(dá)到基線分離,重復(fù)性好,且呈現(xiàn)較好的線性關(guān)系。結(jié)論 該方法操作簡單、快速、靈敏度高,可用于腎上腺素、去甲腎上腺素原料藥中有關(guān)物質(zhì)的測定。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances in adrenaline and noradrenaline crude drugs. Methods The samples were performed on PFP column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of 0.03 mol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol (98∶2). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and column temperature was 20 ℃ with injection volume of 20 μL at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results Two components adrenaline, noradrenaline and their degradation products were well separated with good repeatability and linearity. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and sensitive, which could be applied for the determination of the related substances in adrenaline and noradrenaline crude drugs.
