目的 觀察復(fù)方清帶灌注液治療老年性陰道炎的臨床療效及安全性。方法 2011年8月—2012年12月天津中心婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院婦科門(mén)診確診為老年性陰道炎患者94例，隨機(jī)分為治療組（47例）和對(duì)照組（47例），對(duì)照組用甲硝唑氯已定洗液，取10 mL，加水至50 mL，將藥液灌入陰道，保留5～10 min，2 次/d；治療組用復(fù)方清帶灌注液，用法同上，1 支/次，1 次/d，兩組均治療10 d，治療結(jié)束后，對(duì)比兩組患者的臨床治療效果。結(jié)果 治療組總有效率為91.5%，對(duì)照組為76.6%，治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P＜0.05）。結(jié)論 復(fù)方清帶灌注液治療老年性陰道炎有較好療效，值得臨床應(yīng)用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Qingdai Perfusate (CQP) in the treatment of senile virginitis. Methods The patients (94 cases) with senile vaginitis in Tianjin Central Hospital of Gynecology Obstetrics from August, 2011 to December, 2012 were randomly divided into the treatment (47 cases) and control (47 cases) groups. The patients in the control group were treated with Metronidazole Chloride Lotion 10 mL added water to 50 mL, then it was lavaged into the vagina and kept 5—10 min, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were administered with CQP, and the usage was the same as the control group, once daily. Two groups were treated for 10 d. After the treatment, clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The efficiency for the patients both in the treatment and control groups is 91.5% and 76.6% with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion CQP has an accurate curative effect on the senile vaginitis, which could be used in clinical application.
