目的 調(diào)查分析天津市兒童醫(yī)院中成藥的品種和使用現(xiàn)狀，提高合理用藥水平，保障兒童用藥安全。方法 回顧性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析2012年1月—2012年12月臨床使用中成藥的品種、劑型、作用類(lèi)別等。結(jié)果 中成藥中以便于兒童服用的口服液及顆粒劑居多；臨床應(yīng)用以祛痰、清熱、解表作用的藥物為主；臨床使用中成藥科室中內(nèi)科最多，達(dá)到50%；藥品說(shuō)明書(shū)中詳細(xì)標(biāo)有分年齡段服藥劑量的占53%。結(jié)論 天津市兒童醫(yī)院中成藥使用較為合理，但也存在一些問(wèn)題，需引起兒科醫(yī)生的注意。

Objective To analyze the utilization of Chinese patent medicines in Tianjin Children’s Hospital, in order to improve the level of rational use of Chinese patent medicines to guarantee children’s safety. Methods Species, dosage forms, and drug varieties of Chinese patent medicines from January 2012 to December 2012 were analyzed, retrospectively. Results The most Chinese patent medicines are oral liquid and granule, which facilitate children to use. The most kinds of Chinese patent medicines are anti-asthmatic, clearing drug, and relieving superficies. The usage of Chinese patent medicines in internal medicine is accounting for 50%. The drugs instructions with marked dosage in ages accounts for 53%. Conclusion Chinese patent medicines in Tianjin Children’s Hospital are used reasonably, but there are still some problems which need to cause the attention of pediatricians.
