差示掃描量熱法（DSC）是在程序控制溫度下，測量輸給物質(zhì)和參比物的功率差與溫度關(guān)系的一種技術(shù)，被廣泛應(yīng)用于藥品的研究生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量測試的快速可靠的熱分析方法，該方法具有準確快速、樣品用量少及易于操作等特點。綜述了近年來差示掃描量熱法在化學原料藥、藥物制劑、生物制品以及中藥鑒定等方面的應(yīng)用，并展望了未來的發(fā)展前景。
