[摘要]
目的 研究乳香中醋酸乙酯部位的化學(xué)成分。方法 采用正反相硅膠柱色譜和重結(jié)晶等技術(shù)對其醋酸乙酯部位中的化學(xué)成分進行分離和純化,并根據(jù)波譜數(shù)據(jù)鑒定化合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果 分離得到9個化合物,分別鑒定為3α-乙酰氧基-甘遂-7,24-二烯-21-酸(1)、3α-乙酰氧基-羊毛甾-8,24-二烯-21-酸(2)、3-羰基-甘遂-8,24-二烯- 21-酸(3)、3β-羥基-羊毛甾-8,24-二烯-21-酸(4)、3-乙?;?11-羰基-β-乳香酸(5)、3-乙?;?α-乳香酸(6)、3-乙?;?β-乳香酸(7)、incencole oxide acetate(8)、棕櫚酸(9)。結(jié)論 化合物1是首次從天然資源中分離得到,化合物9為首次從乳香中分離得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the ethyl acetate fraction from Olibanum. Methods The chemical constituents in the ethyl acetate fraction from Olibanum were isolated and purified by methods of column chromatography (silica gel, including reversed phase) and recrystallization, and their structures were identified on the basis of spectroscopic data. Results Nine compounds were separated and identified as 3α-acetoxy-tirucall-7,24-dien-21-oic acid (1), 3α-acetoxylanosta-8,24-dien-21-oic acid (2), 3-keto-tirucall-8,24-dien-21-oic acid (3), 3β-hydroxylanosta-8,24-dien-21-oic acid (4), 3-acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid (5), 3-acetyl-α-boswellic acid (6), 3-acetyl-β-boswellic acid (7), incencole oxide acetate (8), and palmitic acid (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is isolated from natural source for the first time and compound 9 is found from Olibanum for the first time.
