[摘要]
目的 對(duì)檸檬揮發(fā)油成分進(jìn)行分析。方法 采用水蒸氣蒸餾提取檸檬揮發(fā)油成分,氣相色譜–質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)分離,面積歸一化法分析。結(jié)果 共分離出100余種成分,鑒別出其中40種成分,其量占揮發(fā)油總量的93.954%。結(jié)論 檸檬揮發(fā)油中主要成分為檸檬烯、β-蒎烯等。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents in the volatile oil from Citrus limon. Methods Steam distillation was coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for the separation of volatile oil from C. limon. The volatile oil compounds were quantified by the accuracy of area percent. Results One hundred components were separated, and 40 of them were identified, accounting to about 93.954% of the total volatile oil components. Conclusion The main components are limonene and β-palmitic acid in the volatile oil from C. limon.
