[摘要]
目的 觀察替硝唑片聯(lián)合鹽酸米諾環(huán)素軟膏輔助根管治療牙周–牙髓聯(lián)合病變的臨床療效。方法 選取常州市口腔醫(yī)院2009年3月—2013年3月收治的牙周–牙髓聯(lián)合病變患者100例,將其隨機(jī)分為治療組(50例)和對(duì)照組(50例),治療組患者采用鹽酸米諾環(huán)素軟膏根管療法,術(shù)后口服替硝唑片,0.5 g/次,1次/d,連服3 d;對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)根管治療,同時(shí)口服替硝唑片,用法用量同治療組。所有患者治療后1周復(fù)查探診深度(PD)、探診出血(BOP),并觀察治療后1個(gè)月的臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果 兩組患者治療1周后復(fù)查PD、BOP情況較治療前均有明顯改善,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組PD、BOP情況優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后1個(gè)月,對(duì)照組患者有效率為66%,治療組為92%,治療組有效率明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 替硝唑片聯(lián)合鹽酸米諾環(huán)素軟膏輔助根管治療牙周–牙髓聯(lián)合病變,可以有效提高患者的治療有效率,且不良反應(yīng)沒有增加,值得臨床應(yīng)用。

[Abstract]
Objective To observe the efficacy of Tinidazole Tablets combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment (TT-MHO) auxiliary root canal therapy in treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions. Methods The patients (100 cases) diagnosed with periodontal-endodontic lesions in Changzhou Stomatological Hospital from March 2009 to March 2013 were randomly divided into treatment (50 cases) and control (50 cases) groups. The patients in the treatment group were administered with root canal therapy by MHO, and were po administered with TT for 3 d, 0.5 g/time, once daily. The patients in the control group were treated by conventional root canal therapy, and po administered with TT, and the usage and dosage were the same as the treatment group. The probing depth (PD) and bleeding on probing (BOP) were reviewed 1 week after treatment. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed one month after treatment. Results The situation of PD and BOP were obviously improved in both groups (P < 0.05) one week after treatment. PD and BOP in the treatment group were better than those in the control group with significant difference (P < 0.05). The efficiency for the patients in both groups was 92% and 66% with significant difference (P < 0.05) one month after treatment. Conclusion TT-MHO auxiliary root canal therapy in treatment of periodontal-endodontic lesions could improve the efficiency effectively, and the adverse reactions do not increase, which could be used in clinic .
