[摘要]
目的 建立同時(shí)測(cè)定小柴胡顆粒中甘草苷、黃芩苷、漢黃芩苷、黃芩素、甘草酸銨、柴胡皂苷a和漢黃芩素的HPLC方法,并評(píng)價(jià)不同廠家及同一廠家不同批次的差異。方法 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色譜柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈–0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脫,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為210 nm,體積流量為0.8 mL/min,柱溫為30 ℃。結(jié)果 7種指標(biāo)成分的線性關(guān)系均良好。不同廠家樣品質(zhì)量差異較大,同一廠家不同批次樣品質(zhì)量差異相對(duì)較小。結(jié)論 該方法科學(xué)合理,能相對(duì)較全面地反映小柴胡顆粒的質(zhì)量,為客觀評(píng)價(jià)其質(zhì)量提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of liquiritin, baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, saikosaponin a and wogonin in Xiaochaihu Granules, and to compare the qualities of the seven components in Xiaochaihu Granules from different manufacturers and different batches in a single manufacturer. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 30 ℃. Results Seven index components showed a good linearity. There were great differences in the quality of the seven components in Xiaochaihu Granules from different manufacturers, while the qualities of different batches in a single manufacturer were relatively stable. Conclusion The method is scientific and reasonable, which could reflect the quality of Xiaochaihu Granules comprehensively and provide the scientific basis for the quality control of Xiaochaihu Granules.
