目的 設(shè)計(jì)并合成4-（2'，3'-二氯苯基）-1，4-二氫-2，6-二甲基-3-吡啶甲酸甲酯。方法 以2，3-二氯苯甲醛為起始原料經(jīng)縮合、環(huán)合、水解反應(yīng)制備得到目標(biāo)化合物。結(jié)果 合成了目標(biāo)化合物，并利用MS和¹H-NMR確證了結(jié)構(gòu)；HPLC歸一化法測(cè)得質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為98.3%。結(jié)論 4-（2'，3'-二氯苯基）-1，4-二氫-2，6-二甲基-3-吡啶甲酸甲酯的合成為丁酸氯維地平中雜質(zhì)的研究提供了方便。

Objective To design and synthesize 4-(2',3'-dichlorophenyl)-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylate. Methods 2,3-Dichlorobenzaldehyde was used as starting material to synthesize the target compound by condensation, cyclization, and hydrolysis reactions. Results The target compound was synthesized and characterized by MS and ¹H-NMR. And the purity detected by HPLC was 98.3%. Conclusion The synthesis of 4-(2',3'-dichlorophenyl)-2,6-dimethyl-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylate provides convenience for the study of impurities in clevidipine butyrate.
