目的 建立測定肌瘤化消顆粒中淫羊藿苷和丹參酮II_A的HPLC法。方法 采用高效液相色譜法，Diamonsil^TM C₁₈色譜柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）；流動相：乙腈-水，梯度洗脫；檢測波長為270 nm；柱溫為40℃；體積流量為1.0 mL/min；進樣量10 μL。結(jié)果 淫羊藿苷在7.5～50 μg、丹參酮II_A在3～20 μg與峰面積的線性良好（r=0.999 9）。平均回收率分別為100.2%、100.1%，RSD值分別為0.9%、1.3%（n=9）。結(jié)論 本法操作簡便，重現(xiàn)性好，可有效控制肌瘤化消顆粒的質(zhì)量。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of icariin and tanshinoneⅡ_A in Jiliu Huaxiao Granules. Methods HPLC was carried out on a Diamonsil^TM C₁₈ ( 200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. The injection volume was 10 μL at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature of column was set at 40℃. Results There was good linear relationship of icariin and tanshinoneⅡ_A in the range of 7.5-50 μg (r=0.999 9) and 3-20 μg (r=0.999 9), and the average recoveries were 100.2% and 100.1% with RSD values of 0.9% and 1.3%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple to operate and reproducible, which can control the quality of Jiliu Huaxiao Granules effectively.
