目的 觀察消脂膠囊聯(lián)合非諾貝特治療高脂血癥的臨床療效。方法 將2012年12月-2013年12月于天津市中醫(yī)藥研究院附屬醫(yī)院就診的高脂血癥患者60例，隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各30例。對照組口服非諾貝特片200 mg，1次/d；治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服消脂膠囊3粒，3次/d。兩組患者均服藥持續(xù)性治療8周。治療結(jié)束后，觀察兩組患者臨床療效、中醫(yī)證候療效以及血脂指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果 治療后治療組的臨床療效、中醫(yī)證候療效、血脂指標(biāo)變化與對照組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 消脂膠囊聯(lián)合非諾貝特治療高脂血癥有較好的臨床療效，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhi Capsules combined with fenofibrate in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods Patients with hyperlipidemia (60 cases) who came to Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 for treatment were randomly divided into treatment and control groups (30 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were po administered with Fenofibrate Tablets (200 mg), once daily. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaozhi Capsules (three grains), three times daily. Two patients were treated continuously for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, syndrome curative efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, and blood lipid indexes in two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the clinical curative effect, syndrome curative efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, and blood lipid indexes had statistically differences, compared with those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaozhi Capsules combined with fenofibrate has the remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, which is worth of clinic application.
