目的 評(píng)價(jià)和分析天津市津南區(qū)咸水沽醫(yī)院2011-2013年抗菌藥物使用情況及趨勢(shì)，為臨床用藥的合理性和科學(xué)性提供參考。方法 從天津市津南區(qū)咸水沽醫(yī)院HIS系統(tǒng)中調(diào)取2011-2013年的抗菌藥物銷售數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回顧性分析，對(duì)抗菌藥物的品種、銷售數(shù)量、銷售金額和用藥頻度（DDDs）以及使用比例進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 抗菌藥物的DDDs逐年下降，使用頻率高的抗菌藥物以頭孢菌素和大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類為主。結(jié)論 天津市津南區(qū)咸水沽醫(yī)院2011-2013年抗菌藥物應(yīng)用總體上比較規(guī)范和合理，基本符合抗菌藥物的用藥規(guī)律，特別是開(kāi)展抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用專項(xiàng)整治活動(dòng)后，抗菌藥物應(yīng)用總量呈下降趨勢(shì)，品種的選擇日趨規(guī)范。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the application and trend of antimicrobial drugs in Jinnan Xianshuigu Hospital of Tianjin City during 2010-2013, so as to provide scientific evidence for the rationality and saftey of drug usage. Methods The antibacterial drugs sales data from the HIS system during 2010-2013 were retrospectively analyzed, including the antimicrobial varieties, sales volume, sales amount, and frequency of drug use (DDDs), and the use proportion of antibiotics. Results The antimicrobial DDDs decreased year by year. Cephalosporins and macrolides were commonly used antimicrobial drugs with high use frequency. Conclusion In general, the application of antibiotics in Jinnan Xianshuigu Hospital of Tianjin City during 2010-2013 is up to the standard and reasonable, according with the laws of antibacterial drugs. Especially, after the government of clinical antibacterial drugs application, the total antimicrobial drugs consumption shows a declined tendency and the choice of varieties is being more accordance with the standard.
