目的 研究圣曲紅曲膠囊治療血脂異常的療程確定及療效。方法 將120例血脂異?；颊唠S機(jī)分為圣曲紅曲膠囊連續(xù)治療、非連續(xù)治療組和對照組，每組40例。圣曲紅曲膠囊連續(xù)治療組服用圣曲紅曲膠囊2粒/次，3次/d，連續(xù)服用12周；圣曲紅曲膠囊非連續(xù)治療組服用圣曲紅曲膠囊2粒/次，3次/d，連續(xù)服用8周，停藥4周；對照組服用辛伐他汀片10 mg/d，連續(xù)服用8周。3組分別于治療前、治療8周后測量血脂，圣曲紅曲膠囊連續(xù)治療、非連續(xù)治療組于治療12周后再測量一次血脂數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果 治療8周后，與對照組比較，圣曲紅曲膠囊連續(xù)治療、非連續(xù)治療組的總膽固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇（LDL-C）均降低，但差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；與對照組比較，圣曲紅曲膠囊連續(xù)治療組的高密度脂蛋白膽固醇（HDL-C）升高，且差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；圣曲紅曲膠囊非連續(xù)治療組的HDL-C無顯著變化。治療12周后，與圣曲紅曲膠囊非連續(xù)治療組比較，圣曲紅曲膠囊連續(xù)治療組TC、TG、LDL-C均顯著降低，HDL-C顯著升高（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 圣曲紅曲膠囊治療血脂異常比辛伐他汀具有明顯的優(yōu)勢，且為了取得長期、穩(wěn)定的降脂效果，必須以3個月為一療程，堅(jiān)持服用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and treatment course determination of Shengqu Hongqu Capsules in treatment of dyslipidemia. Methods Dyslipidemia patients (120 cases) were randomly divided into Shengqu Hongqu Capsules continuous treatment group, Shengqu Hongqu Capsules noncontinuous treatment group, and control group. Each group had 40 cases. The patients in the Shengqu Hongqu Capsules continuous treatment group were given Shengqu Hongqu Capsules three grains/time, three times daily. They were treated continuously for 12 weeks. The patients in the Shengqu Hongqu Capsules noncontinuous treatment group were given Shengqu Hongqu Capsules three grains/time, three times daily. They were treated continuously for 8 weeks, and were stopped for 4 weeks. The patients in the control group were po administered with Simvastatin Tablets 10 mg/d for 8 weeks. Lipid data of three groups were tested before treatment and 8 weeks after the treatment. Lipid data of the Shengqu Hongqu Capsules continuous treatment group and Shengqu Hongqu Capsules noncontinuous treatment group were tested again 12 weeks after the treatment. Results Eight weeks after the treatment, compared with the control group, total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in the Shengqu Hongqu Capsules continuous treatment group and Shengqu Hongqu Capsules noncontinuous treatment group were decreased, but there was no significant difference. Compared with the control group, high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in the Shengqu Hongqu Capsules continuous treatment group increased with significant difference (P < 0.05); that in Shengqu Hongqu Capsules noncontinuous treatment group did not change significantly. Twelve weeks after the treatment, compared with noncontinuous treatment group, TC, TG, and LDL-C in Shengqu Hongqu Capsules continuous treatment group decreased withsignificant difference. HDL-C in the Shengqu Hongqu Capsules continuous treatment group increased with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with Simvastatin, Shengqu Hongqu Capsules have the significant advantages. And to get the long and stable lipid-lowering effect, Shengqu Hongqu Capsules should be administered continuously, and 3 months will be a course.
