目的 觀察消水方聯(lián)合順鉑胸腔內(nèi)灌注治療惡性胸腔積液的療效。方法 將2010年4月-2013年3月中國中醫(yī)科學(xué)院廣安門醫(yī)院南區(qū)收治的惡性胸腔積液患者60例隨機分為治療組（30例）和對照組（30例）。兩組患者均給予基礎(chǔ)治療，靜脈滴注復(fù)方苦參注射液15 mL/次，1次/d；同時給予胸腔內(nèi)灌注注射用順鉑40 mg/m²，1次/周，2周為1個療程。治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予口服消水方，連用14 d，4周后評價療效。結(jié)果 胸腔積液緩解情況：治療組總有效率為76.7%，對照組總有效率為66.7%，兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義；治療組較對照組在臨床癥狀、生活質(zhì)量方面明顯改善，且差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 消水方聯(lián)合順鉑胸腔灌注治療惡性胸腔積液可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀，提高生活質(zhì)量，值得臨床推廣。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xiaoshui Decoction combined with cisplatin intrapleural infusion in treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Patients (60 cases) with malignant pleural effusion, who came to Southern Branch of Guang'anmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from April 2010 to March 2013, were randomly divided into treatment (30 cases) and control (30 cases) groups. All patients were given basic treatment: Compound Kushen Injection 15 mL/time, once daily. Cisplatin for injection (40 mg/m²) was poured to the thoracic cavity of the patients once per week for two weeks. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoshui Decoction on the basis of control group. And the evaluation was made after 4 weeks. Results The total effective rates for the patients in both the treatment and control groups were 76.7% and 66.7% in pleural effusion remission, and there was no significant difference. Compared with the control group, the clinical symptom and quality of life for the patients in the treatment group were improved significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiaoshui Decoction combines with cisplatin intrapleural infusion in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion could significantly improve the clinical symptoms, quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
