目的 觀察通脈養(yǎng)心丸聯(lián)合酒石酸美托洛爾片治療冠心病室性早搏的臨床療效。方法 選擇2013年7月—2014年6月濟南市第三人民醫(yī)院收治的冠心病患者110例，隨機分為對照組（54例）和治療組（56例）。在常規(guī)治療基礎上，對照組口服酒石酸美托洛爾片，25 mg/次，2次/d。治療組患者在對照組治療基礎上口服通脈養(yǎng)心丸，40粒/次，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療4周。對患者治療前后的平均心室率、動態(tài)心電圖及臨床療效進行比較。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的平均心室率低于對照組，但差異無統(tǒng)計學意義；對照組和治療組室性早搏數(shù)目減少的總有效率分別為72.2%、91.1%，治療組顯著優(yōu)于對照組，且差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；對照組和治療組臨床療效的總有效率分別為74.0%、89.3%，治療組顯著優(yōu)于對照組，且差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 通脈養(yǎng)心丸聯(lián)合酒石酸美托洛爾片可明顯減少室性早搏的發(fā)作，并能夠有效改善患者癥狀，提高生存質(zhì)量。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Yangxin Pills combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and ventricular premature contractions (VPCs). Methods The patients with coronary heart disease (110 cases) in the Third Hospital of Jinan from July 2013 to June 2014 were randomly divided into control (n = 54) and treatment (n = 56) groups. The patients in the control group were po administered with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets on the basis of conventional treatment, 25 mg/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Tongmai Yangxin Pills on the basis of the control group, 40 granules/time, twice daily. The patients in the two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. After the treatment, the average ventricular rate, dynamic electrocardiogram, and clinical efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the average ventricular rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, while there was no significant differenve between the two groups. The total effective rates of VPCs decrease in the treatment and control groups were 72.2% and 91.1%, respectively. The treatment group was much better than the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The total effective rates of clinical efficacy in the treatment and control groups were 74.0% and 89.3%, respectively. The treatment group was much better than the control group with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tongmai Yangxin Pills combined with Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets can significantly reduce the break of ventricular premature beat. effectively improve the symptoms of the patients, and promote the quality of life.
