目的 運用Meta分析方法系統(tǒng)評價參苓白術(shù)散輔助西藥治療小兒秋季腹瀉的臨床療效。方法 計算機檢索Pubmed、中國期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（CNKI）、中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫（維普）、萬方數(shù)字化期刊全文庫等數(shù)據(jù)庫，對納入的隨機對照試驗文獻進行質(zhì)量評價，并采用RevMan 5.0軟件進行Meta分析。結(jié)局指標(biāo)為總有效率、止瀉時間、退熱時間和止吐時間。結(jié)果 納入9個隨機對照試驗，共665例患兒。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示，參苓白術(shù)散輔助西藥的臨床總有效率優(yōu)勢比（OR）=4.98，95%置信區(qū)間（CI）（3.03，8.19），P<0.01；止瀉時間加權(quán)均數(shù)差（WMD）=-26.16，95%CI（-31.26，-21.05）P<0.01；退熱時間WMD=-15.26，95%CI（-19.17，-11.34），P<0.01；止吐時間WMD=-17.45，95%CI（-27.33，-7.57），P<0.01，表明治療組療效均優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論 參苓白術(shù)散輔助西藥治療小兒秋季腹瀉療效較單獨西藥治療效果好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of Shenling Baizhu Powder assisted with Western medicine in the treatment of autumnal infantile diarrhea by Meta analysis. Methods Pubmed, China Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database (VIP), Wangfang Database, etc were retrieved by computer, and the quality assessment of qualified random control trials was evaluated. Meta analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.0 software. The outcomes included total effective rate, antidiarrheic time, defervescence time, and antiemetic time. Results Nine trials involving 665 patients were included in the study. Meta analysis showed that total effective rate: odds ratio (OR) = 4.98, 95% confidence interval (CI) (3.03, 8.19), P < 0.01; antidiarrheic time: weighted mean difference (WMD) = -26.16, 95%CI (-31.26, -21.05), P < 0.01; defervescence time: WMD = -15.26, 95%CI (-19.17, -11.34), P < 0.01; antiemetic time: WMD = -17.45, 95%CI (-27.33, -7.57), P < 0.01. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion Compared with Western medicine alone, Shenling Baizhu Powder assisted with Western medicine has the certain advantages in the treatment of autumnal infantile diarrhea.
