2O2)對(duì)苦豆子多糖溶液的脫色效果.通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)考察H2O2脫色方法中雙氧水加入量、脫色時(shí)間、脫色溫度和pH值對(duì)苦豆子多糖脫色效果的影響,進(jìn)一步采用正交試驗(yàn)確定苦豆子多糖脫色的最佳條件.結(jié)果 H2O2對(duì)苦豆子多糖最佳脫色條件為脫色溫度60 ℃,調(diào)節(jié)pH 5,加入1.0%的H2O2,脫色反應(yīng)3 h.在此條件下經(jīng)驗(yàn)證,多糖脫色率和多糖保留率可分別達(dá)到29.83%、71.12%.結(jié)論 H2O2脫色具有較好的脫色效果,可為生產(chǎn)出高品質(zhì)的苦豆子多糖提供依據(jù).;Objective To optimize the decolorization conditions on Sophora alopecuroides polysaccharide. Methods The effects of H2O2 on decolorization of S. alopecuroides polysaccharide were studied with polysaccharide decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate as indexes. The amount of H2O2, bleaching time, bleaching temperature, and pH value were studied through single factor test in H2O2 bleaching method, and the further optimal conditions of S. alopecuroides polysaccharide were studied by orthogonal test. Results The optimal decoloring conditions for S. alopecuroides polysaccharide with H2O2 were as following: decolorization temperature of 60 ℃, pH value of 5, addition of 1% H2O2, and decolorization reaction for 3 h. Under these conditions, the polysaccharide decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate could achieve 29.83% and 71.12% after verification. Conclusion The method with H2O2 has good decolorizing effect, and can provide a scientific basis for the production of S. alopecuroides polysaccharide with high quality."/> 2O2;orthogonal test"/>
