[摘要]
目的 研究傷痛寧片對大鼠急性軟組織損傷的治療效果及其可能機(jī)制.方法 建立大鼠急性軟組織損傷模型,隨機(jī)分為6組,分別為對照組,模型組,云南白藥組(0.25 g/kg),傷痛寧片低、中、高劑量(0.3、0.6、1.2 g/kg)組.治療7 d后,評估大鼠的損傷康復(fù)情況,進(jìn)行病理組織學(xué)檢查,分別檢測超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,以及丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、白細(xì)胞介素-1β(IL-1β)和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量.結(jié)果 傷痛寧片中、高劑量組對大鼠急性軟組織損傷程度均有顯著的修復(fù)作用(P<0.05).傷痛寧片中、高劑量組大鼠血清SOD活性均有明顯的提高,MDA含量顯著降低(P<0.05).大鼠肌肉組織中IL-1β、NO和TNF-α均表現(xiàn)出不同程度的降低.結(jié)論 傷痛寧片對大鼠急性軟組織損傷具有治療作用,其機(jī)制可能與傷痛寧片的抗炎和抗氧化作用有關(guān).

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the therapeutical effects and mechanism of Shangtongning Tablets on the acute soft tissue injury in rat models. Methods Rat models with acute soft tissue injury were established and randomly divided into normal, model, Yunnan Baiyao (0.25 g/kg), low-, mid-, and high-dose Shangtongning Tablets (0.3, 0.6, and 1.2 g/kg) groups. After 7 d, the influence of Shangtongning Tablets on injury degree of rats and histopathology were observed. In addition, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the levels of malonaldehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) were detected. Results The mid- and high-dose Shangtongning Tablets had favorable improvement of therapeutical effects on the acute soft tissue injury in rat models (P < 0.05). The SOD activity of rats in the mid- and high-dose Shangtongning Tablets groups were increased significantly, but MDA levels were decreased significantly. Shangtongning Tablets showed inhibitory function on the levels of IL-1β, NO, and TNF-α in muscles. Conclusion Shangtongning Tablets possess therapeutical effects on acute soft tissue injury in rats, and this may be one of the mechanisms in regard to the anti-inflammatory properties and anti-oxidant activity.
