目的 觀察固腸膠囊對(duì)慢性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的影響,并探討其可能的作用機(jī)制.方法 采用復(fù)合型慢性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎、脾虛型慢性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ?角叉菜膠致大鼠足腫脹、小鼠毛細(xì)血管通透性、大鼠棉球肉芽腫實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ?觀察固腸膠囊對(duì)慢性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的治療作用.結(jié)果 固腸膠囊能明顯降低復(fù)合型慢性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的結(jié)腸指數(shù)(CI)和疾病活動(dòng)指數(shù)(DAI)、明顯降低結(jié)腸IL-6、IL-8水平,明顯減輕結(jié)腸黏膜病變;明顯減少脾虛型慢性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的潰瘍面積和潰瘍個(gè)數(shù),明顯減輕結(jié)腸黏膜病變,明顯降低棉球肉芽的質(zhì)量,對(duì)大鼠足腫、小鼠毛細(xì)血管通透性無(wú)明顯影響.結(jié)論 固腸膠囊通過(guò)降低結(jié)腸IL-6、IL-8水平,減輕慢性炎癥,以達(dá)到治療慢性潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的目的.

Objective To investigate the effect and possible mechanisms of Guchang Capsules on chronic ulcerative colitis in rats and mice. Methods Complex type chronic ulcerative colitis, spleen deficient experimental model of chronic ulcerative colitis, carrageenan inducing foot swelling of rats, capillary permeability in mice, rat granuloma induced by cotton ball experiment mode were used, and effect of Guchang Capsules on chronic ulcerative colitis were studied. Results Guchang Capsules could obviously reduce colon index (CI) and disease activity index (DAI) of chronic ulcerative colitis, significantly lower colon IL-6, IL-8 levels, significantly reduce colon mucosa lesions, ulcer area and ulcer number of spleen deficient type of chronic ulcerative colitis, and also significantly reduce the weight of cotton ball granuloma. There was no obvious effect on rats foot swelling and capillary permeability in mice. Conclusion It is obvious that Guchang Capsules can relieve chronic ulcerative colitis by lowering colon IL-6 and IL-8 levels and reducing chronic inflammation.
