[摘要]
目的 研究高效液相制備色譜從土貝母中制備土貝母苷甲、乙、丙對(duì)照品.方法 采用大孔吸附樹脂和制備液相色譜等多種方法進(jìn)行分離純化,并根據(jù)理化性質(zhì)和波譜數(shù)據(jù)鑒定化合物的結(jié)構(gòu).結(jié)果 分離得到3個(gè)化合物,分別鑒定為土貝母苷甲、土貝母苷乙、土貝母苷丙,收率分別為0.58%、0.13%、0.13%,HPLC歸一化法測(cè)得質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)均大于98%.結(jié)論 本方法上樣量大,重現(xiàn)性好,收率高,適合土貝母苷甲、乙、丙的大量制備生產(chǎn).

[Abstract]
Objective To study the preparation technology of tubeimosides I, II, and III reference substances from Bolbostemma paniculatum by preparative HPLC. Methods Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by macroporous adsorption resin and preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Three compounds were isolated and they were identified as tubeimosides I, II, and III. The yields were 0.58%, 0.13%, and 0.13%. And the purity detected by HPLC was above 98%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of large samples and good repeatability. It can be applied to large-scale preparation of tubeimosides I, II, and III.
