[摘要]
目的 研究桂枝茯苓膠囊對大鼠實驗性腸系膜微循環(huán)障礙的影響。方法 將75只SD雌性大鼠隨機分為5組, 分別為模型組、鹽酸消旋山莨菪堿注射液(0.50 mg/只, im給藥)組以及桂枝茯苓膠囊低、中、高劑量(0.14、0.27、0.54 g/kg, ig給藥)組, 1次/d, 連續(xù)7 d。末次給藥后30 min開腹找出腸系膜, 觀察滴加腎上腺素后選定區(qū)域的微動脈管徑、微靜脈管徑、微動脈流速、微靜脈流速及局部微循環(huán)血流恢復時間。結果 局部區(qū)域滴加1:100鹽酸腎上腺素生理鹽水溶液20 μL/只后, 觀察區(qū)出現(xiàn)了典型的微循環(huán)障礙的表現(xiàn)。桂枝茯苓膠囊對微動脈管徑、微靜脈管徑, 微動脈流速, 微靜脈流速及局部微循環(huán)血流恢復時間均有顯著的改善作用。結論 桂枝茯苓膠囊具有改善微循環(huán)障礙作用。

Objective To study the effects of microcirculatory disturbance with Guizhi Fuling Capsules in rats. Methods Seventy-five SD female rats were randomly divided into model group, Raceanisodamine Hydrochloride Injection (0.50 mg each,, im administration) group, Guizhi Fuling Capsules low-, mid-, and high-dose (0.14, 0.27, and 0.54 g/kg, ig administration) groups. At the same time mice were given drugs 1 once daily for 7 d. Thirty minutes after intragastric administration on the 7th day, added epinephrine and observed the micro artery diameter, microvein diameter, micro artery flow velocity, micro vein flow velocity, and recovery time of blood flow. Results 20 μL of Adrenaline Saline Solution (1:100) was added into in local area and appeared typically microcirculatory disturbance. Guizhi Fuling Capsules could improve significantly the microartery diameter, micro vein diameter, micr oartery flow velocity, micro vein flow velocity, and recovery time of blood flow. Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsules can improve microcirculation obstacles.
