目的 探究丹參酮Ⅱ_A磺酸鈉注射液聯(lián)合貝那普利治療原發(fā)性高血壓的臨床效果.方法 選取2011年9月—2014年9月上海市楊浦區(qū)五角場(chǎng)鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)中心收治的原發(fā)性高血壓患者80例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組40例.對(duì)照組患者每天8: 00口服鹽酸貝那普利片,10 mg/次,1次/d.治療組靜脈注射丹參酮Ⅱ_A磺酸鈉注射液60 mg/次,以0.9%氯化鈉注射液250 mL稀釋,1次/d;同時(shí)口服鹽酸貝那普利片,用法用量同對(duì)照組.兩組均連續(xù)治療2周后評(píng)價(jià)臨床療效.結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為72.5%、90.0%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05).治療后,兩組收縮壓、舒張壓、膽固醇、三酰甘油較同組治療前顯著降低,高密度脂蛋白膽固醇顯著升高,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05);治療組的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P< 0.05).結(jié)論 丹參酮Ⅱ_A磺酸鈉注射液聯(lián)合貝那普利治療原發(fā)性高血壓具有較好的臨床療效,能夠明顯降低患者的血壓和血脂水平,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanshinone II_A Sodium Sulfonate Injection combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension. Methods The patients with primary hypertension (80 cases) of Wujiaochang Town Community Health Service Center of Yangpu District in Shanghai from September 2011 to September 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. The patients in control group were po administered with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets at 8: 00 every day, 10 mg/time, once daily. The patients in treatment group were iv administered with Tanshinone II_A Sodium Sulfonate Injection 60 mg/time adding 250 mL saline, once daily, and the usage and dosage of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets were the same as the control group. Two groups were treated for two weeks. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated. Results The efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.5% and 90.0%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides were significantly reduced, while high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P <0.05). And these indicators in treatment group improved better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Tanshinone II_A Sodium Sulfonate Injection combined with benazepril has the good clinical effect in treatment of primary hypertension, and can significantly reduce the levels of blood pressure and lipid, which is worth clinical promotion.
