目的 探討穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合曲美他嗪治療慢性心力衰竭的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年1月—2014年5月邯鄲市人民醫(yī)院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者68例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各34例。對(duì)照組在基礎(chǔ)治療上口服鹽酸曲美他嗪片20 mg/次,3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服穩(wěn)心顆粒,1袋/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較左室舒張末期內(nèi)徑(LVEDd)、收縮末期內(nèi)徑(LVESD)、左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)(LVEF)、白細(xì)胞介素6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)水平變化。結(jié)果 治療后,治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為73.53%、91.18%,兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05)。治療后,兩組LVEDd、LVESD、IL-6、TNF-α均較治療前顯著降低,LVEF顯著升高,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P < 0.05)。結(jié)論 穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合美他嗪治療慢性心力衰竭具有顯著療效,可改善患者心功能,降低IL-6、TNF-α炎性因子水平,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Wenxin Granule combined with trimetazidine in treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods Patients (68 cases) with chronic heart failure in Handan People's Hospital from January 2013 to May 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 34 cases. Patients in control group were po administered with Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride Tablets on the basis of foundation treatment, 20 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in treatment group were po administered with Wenxin Granules on the basis of control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and the changes of LVEDd, LVESD, LVEF, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were compared. Results The efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 73.53% and 91.18%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, LVEDd, LVESD, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly reduced, but LVEF was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And these indicators in treatment group improved better than those in the control group, with significant differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wenxin Granule combined with trimetazidine has the good clinical effect in treatment of chronic heart failure, and can improve cardiac function in patients, while can reduce the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α, which has a certain clinical application value.
