目的 探索銀杏葉提取物注射液聯(lián)合神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂治療缺血性腦血管病的臨床療效.方法 選取2013 年9 月-2014年12 月濱州醫(yī)學(xué)院煙臺附屬醫(yī)院收治的缺血性腦血管病患者98 例,隨機分為對照組和治療組,每組各49 例.對照組患者靜脈滴注單唾液酸四己糖神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂鈉注射液,60 mg 加入250 mL 生理鹽水中,1 次/d.治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注銀杏葉提取物注射液,20 mL 加入500 mL 生理鹽水中,1 次/d.兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d.治療后,觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時比較兩組患者血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)、NIHSS 評分和Barthel 指數(shù)的變化.結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為75.51%、89.80%,兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P< 0.05).治療后,兩組患者全血黏度、血漿黏度、纖維蛋白原、紅細胞壓積、NIHSS 評分均較治療前顯著降低,Barthel 指數(shù)升高,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P< 0.05),治療后,治療組這些血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P< 0.05).結(jié)論 銀杏葉提取物注射液聯(lián)合神經(jīng)節(jié)苷脂治療缺血性腦血管病療效顯著,可促進神經(jīng)功能修復(fù),提高患者生活質(zhì)量,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Extract of Ginkgo biloba Leaves Injection combined with ganglioside in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Patients (98 cases) with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from September 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 49 cases. Patients in control group were iv administered with Sodium Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside Injection (60 mg added in 250 mL physiological saline), once daily. Patients in treatment group were iv administered with Extract of Ginkgo biloba Leaves Injection on the basis of the control group (20 mL added in 500 mL physiological saline), once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, the changes of blood rheology indexes, NIHSS score and Barthel index in two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.51% and 89.80%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte deposited, and NIHSS score in two groups were significantly reduced, and Barthel index was elevated, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And these indicators in the treatment group improved better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Extract of Ginkgo biloba Leaves Injection combined with ganglioside has curative effect in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and can promote restoration of the nerve function, also can improve patients life quality, which has a certain clinical application value.
