Methods The analysis was performed on Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with 0.4% citric acid-acetonitrile as mobile phases for gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 360 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃ with injection volume of 10 μL. Results The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.118-2.360, 0.261-5.220, 0.030-0.600, 0.052-0.140, 0.081-0.162, 0.041-0.820, and 0.030-0.600 μg for chlorogenic acid, 1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid, rutin, spinacetin, quercetin, luteolin, and 6-methoxyluteolin, respectively.
