目的 探討尿感寧顆粒聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療尿路感染的臨床療效。方法 收集2014年5月—2015年4月瀘州醫(yī)學院附屬醫(yī)院收治的尿路感染患者69例,隨機分為對照組(37例)和治療組(32例)。對照組靜脈滴注鹽酸左氧氟沙星氯化鈉注射液,0.2 g/次,2次/d。治療組在對照組的治療基礎(chǔ)上口服尿感寧顆粒,1袋/次,3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時比較兩組尿頻、尿急、尿痛、發(fā)熱等臨床癥狀消失時間。比較兩組治療前后尿白細胞鏡檢個數(shù)和尿細菌培養(yǎng)情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為75.68%、93.75%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P< 0.05)。治療組尿頻、尿急、尿痛和發(fā)熱等臨床癥狀消失時間均顯著短于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P< 0.05)。治療后,兩組患者尿白細胞鏡檢個數(shù)和尿細菌培養(yǎng)均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P< 0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P< 0.05)。結(jié)論 尿感寧顆粒聯(lián)合左氧氟沙星治療尿路感染具有較好的臨床療效,可以明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀,能夠有效清除細菌,具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Niaoganning Granule combined with levofloxacin in treatment of urinary tract infection. Methods Patients (67 cases) with urinary tract infection in Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical University from May 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control (n = 37 ) and treatment (n = 32 ) groups. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Levofloxacin Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection, 0.2 g/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Niaoganning Granule, 1 bag/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and disappeared time of clinical symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency, urine pain, and fever in two groups were compared. The microscopic examination of the urine leukocyte and culture situation of urine bacteria in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.68% and 93.75%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, disappeared times of clinical symptoms such as urinary frequency, urgency, urine pain, and fever in treatment group were shorter than those in control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The urine leucocyte number of microscopic examination and urine bacteria culture in two groups were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). These observational indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Niaoganning Granule combined with levofloxacin has clinical curative effect in treatment of urinary tract infection, can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, and can effectively remove bacteria, which has a certain clinical application value.
