[摘要]
介孔二氧化硅納米粒(MSNs)具有良好生物相容性、有序介孔結(jié)構(gòu)、比表面積大、表面易修飾性等特點(diǎn),在很多生物醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域顯示出了極大的應(yīng)用前景,尤其是基于MSNs的納米藥物輸送體系被廣泛用于各種藥物的遞送。主要介紹MSNs和可降解MSNs的制備,同時(shí)介紹了MSNs膜包被及官能團(tuán)修飾在緩釋控釋藥物中的應(yīng)用,最后探討了MSNs遞進(jìn)到中空介孔二氧化硅納米粒(HMSNs)的更大的應(yīng)用前景。

Mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) has the characteristics of good biocompatibility, ordered mesoporous structure, large surface area, and surface characteristics of easy modification, so that MSNs show the great application prospect in many biomedical field. Especially nano drug delivery system based on MSNs is widely used in all kinds of drug delivery. The preparation of MSNs and biodegradable MSNs are summarized in this paper. At the same time, the application of membrane coating and functional group modification of MSNs in slow-release and controlled release drug are introduced. More applications from MSNs to the hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles (HMSNs) are discussed.
