[摘要]
目的 優(yōu)化鹿角膠的晾膠工藝。方法 采用正交試驗(yàn)和多指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)分法,以鹿角膠塊的失水率、膠塊表觀率為指標(biāo),對(duì)影響晾膠效果的溫度、濕度、翻膠時(shí)間3個(gè)因素進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果 鹿角膠的最佳晾膠工藝為溫度25 ℃,濕度40%,翻膠時(shí)間36 h。結(jié)論 所優(yōu)選的工藝具有散失水分快、膠塊表面完整等優(yōu)點(diǎn),為鹿角膠工業(yè)化晾膠提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。

[Abstract]
Objective To optimize the air-curing technical of Cervi Cornus Colla. Methods The process was optimized by orthogonal design and multi-index grading method. The filtration rate and surface apparent of Cervi Cornus Colla were assessed, to investigate the leading factors for drying glue-temperature, humidity, and doubling time. Results The best technical was 25 ℃ for temperature, 40% for humidity, and doubling Cervi Cornus Colla of 36 h/time. Conclusion The optimization of process has quick water loss, surface integrity of gelatin, and to provide experiment basis for Cervi Cornus Colla industrial drying glue.
