目的 觀察舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合柳氮磺胺吡啶治療復(fù)發(fā)型潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎的臨床療效。方法 2011年6月—2014年6月煙臺(tái)市萊陽(yáng)中心醫(yī)院收治的復(fù)發(fā)型潰瘍型結(jié)腸炎患者96例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各48例。對(duì)照組口服柳氮磺吡啶腸溶片,4片/次,4次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服舒肝解郁膠囊,2粒/次,2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療8周,并進(jìn)行1年隨訪。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效和復(fù)發(fā)率。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為66.67%、81.25%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。對(duì)照組和治療組的復(fù)發(fā)率分別為12.50%、4.17%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 舒肝解郁膠囊聯(lián)合柳氮磺胺吡啶治療復(fù)發(fā)型潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎具有較好的臨床療效,可顯著降低復(fù)發(fā)率,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with sulfasalazine in treatment of relapsing ulcerative colitis. Methods Patients (96 cases) with relapsing ulcerative colitis in Laiyang Center Hospital of Yantai from June 2011 to June 2014 were randomly divided into control (n = 48 ) and treatment (n = 48 ) groups. The patients in the control group were po administered with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets, 4 tablets/time, four times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shugan Jieyu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 capsules/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks, and 1 year was followed up. After treatment, the efficacy and recurrence rate was evaluated. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 66.67% and 81.25%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The recurrence rates in the control and treatment groups were 12.50% and 4.17%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with sulfasalazine has clinical curative effect in treatment of relapsing ulcerative colitis, and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate, which has a certain clinical application value.
