目的 觀察益母草注射液聯(lián)合縮宮素注射液和米索前列醇片治療子宮收縮乏力性產(chǎn)后出血的治療效果。方法 選取2014年1月—2015年1月衡水市第二人民醫(yī)院收治的子宮收縮乏力性產(chǎn)后出血患者66例,隨機分為對照組和治療組,每組各33例。對照組患者午飯后和晚飯后30 min im縮宮素注射液20 U,然后口服米索前列醇片0.6 mg。治療組患者在對照組基礎上于午飯后和晚飯后im益母草注射液2 mL。每個療程為3 d,兩組均連續(xù)用藥3個療程。觀察兩組的臨床療效,記錄兩組產(chǎn)時、產(chǎn)后2 h以及用藥3 d后的出血量,比較兩組出血率、平均出血量、不良反應率。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組患者總有效率分別為75.8%、90.9%,兩組總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。兩組患者在用藥3 d后的出血量比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組出血率、平均出血量、不良反應率均顯著低于對照組,兩組比較差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 益母草注射液聯(lián)合縮宮素注射液和米索前列醇片治療子宮收縮乏力性產(chǎn)后出血具有較好的臨床療效,可有效減少出血量,降低出血率、平均出血量以及不良反應率,具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yimucao Injection combined with Oxytocin Injection and Misoprostol Tablets in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods Patients (66 cases) with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia in the Second People's Hospital of Hengshui from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 33 cases. The patients in the control group were im administered with Oxytocin Injection 20 U 30 min after lunch and dinner, then po administered with Misoprostol Tablets 0.6 mg. The patients in the treatment group were im administered with Yimucao Injection 2 mL on the basis of the control group after lunch and dinner. A course was 3 d, and the patients in two groups were treated for three courses. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, blood losses at production, postpartum 2 h, and treated for 3 d were recorded, and bleeding rats, average amounts of bleeding, and adverse reaction rates were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 75.8% and 90.9%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). There were differences of blood loss treated for 3 d between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, bleeding rats, average amounts of bleeding, and adverse reaction rates were significantly decreased, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yimucao Injection combined with Oxytocin Injection and Misoprostol Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia, can effective reduce blood loss, decrease bleeding rats, average amounts of bleeding, and adverse reaction rate, which has a certain clinical application value.
