目的 觀察麝香保心丸聯(lián)合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀鈣片治療高血壓合并冠心病的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年1月-2014年1月北京市海淀區(qū)花園路社區(qū)衛(wèi)生服務中心收治的高血壓合并冠心病患者102例,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組,每組各51例。對照組患者口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀鈣片,1片/次,1次/d;治療組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服麝香保心丸,2粒/次,3次/d。兩組均治療6個月。觀察兩組患者降壓和心絞痛改善的臨床療效,并對比兩組患者在治療前后的血壓、不良反應發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組患者降壓總有效率分別為78.4%、92.2%,兩組降壓總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);治療后,對照組和治療組患者心絞痛改善總有效率分別為76.5%、86.3%,兩組心絞痛改善總有效率比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者收縮壓、舒張壓均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);治療組收縮壓、舒張壓下降的更為明顯,但兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。治療后,對照組和治療組患者的不良反應發(fā)生率分別為9.8%、7.8%,兩組不良反應發(fā)生率比較無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論 麝香保心丸聯(lián)合氨氯地平阿托伐他汀鈣片治療高血壓合并冠心病具有良好的療效,不良反應較少,值得在臨床上推廣使用。

Objective To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (102 cases) with hypertension with coronary heart disease in Beijing Haidian District Huayuan Road Community Health Service Center from January 2013 to January 2014 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the random number table method, and each group had 51 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of control group, 2 pills/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies of anti-hypertension and improvement of angina pectoris were observed, and blood pressure and the incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the efficacies of anti-hypertension and improvement of angina pectoris in the control and treatment groups were 78.4%, 92.2%, and 76.5%, 86.3%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressures in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, but there were no difference between two groups. After treatment, incidence of adverse reactions in the control and treatment groups were 9.8% and 7.8%, respectively, but there were no differences between two groups. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets has good curative effect in treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease, and less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
