目的 探討熱毒寧注射液聯(lián)合阿奇霉素和細(xì)辛腦注射液治療支原體肺炎的臨床療效。方法 收集2012年3月-2015年3月晉州市人民醫(yī)院兒科接受治療的支原體肺炎患者150例,按照治療方法的不同分為對照組和治療組,每組各75例。對照組口服阿奇霉素干混懸劑,第1天10mg/kg,第2天~第7天5mg/kg,停藥3d后按5mg/kg服用4d;同時(shí)靜脈滴注細(xì)辛腦注射液,0.5mg/kg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250mL,1次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注熱毒寧注射液,0.5mL/kg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250mL,1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療2周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較兩組體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間和肺部啰音消失時(shí)間。比較兩組治療前后白細(xì)胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-8、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)及C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為89.33%、97.33%,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,治療組體溫恢復(fù)時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間、肺部啰音消失時(shí)間均顯著短于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、CRP均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 熱毒寧注射液聯(lián)合阿奇霉素和細(xì)辛腦注射液治療支原體肺炎具有較好的臨床療效,可明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀,降低血清炎性因子水平,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Reduning Injection combined with azithromycin and Asarone Injection in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Patients (150 cases) with mycoplasma pneumonia in Department of Pediatrics of Jinzhou People's Hospital from march 2012 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into control group (75 cases) and treatment group (75 cases). The patients in the control group were po administered with Azithromycin for Suspension, 10 mg/kg on day 1, 5 mg/kg from day 2 to the day 17, and the dosage was 5 mg/kg for 4 d after 3 d of discontinuation. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Asarone Injection, 0.5 mg/kg added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. The patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Reduning Injection on the basis of the control group, 0.5 mL/kg added into 5% glucose solution 250 mL, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the body temperature recovery time, cough disappeared time and lung rale disappeared time in two groups were compared. The changes of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 89.33% and 97.33%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). The body temperature recovery time, cough disappeared time and lung rale disappeared time in the treatment group were statistically shorter than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Reduning Injection combined with azithromycin and Asarone Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia, and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, and can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
