目的 探討烏梅丸聯合5-氨基水楊酸治療潰瘍性結腸炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年3月-2015年7月仙桃市中醫(yī)醫(yī)院消化內科收治的潰瘍性結腸炎患者76例,按治療方法不同分為對照組和治療組,每組各38例。對照組口服5-氨基水楊酸腸溶片,2片/次,3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎上口服烏梅丸,6丸/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療6周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,比較治療前后兩組中醫(yī)癥狀評分、血清炎性因子包括IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平變化,同時比較兩組腸道菌群的變化情況。結果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為78.95%、94.74%,兩組比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀評分、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α均降低,IL-10顯著升高,同組治療前后差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者雙歧桿菌和乳酸菌均顯著升高,大腸桿菌顯著降低,同組治療前后差異具有統計學意義(P<0.05);且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 烏梅丸聯合5-氨基水楊酸腸溶片治療潰瘍性結腸炎具有較好的臨床療效,可降低患者臨床中醫(yī)癥狀評分,改善血清炎癥細胞因子水平,促進腸道菌群恢復,具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wumei Pills combined with 5-aminosalicylic acid in treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Patients (76 cases) with ulcerative colitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiantao from March 2014 to July 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into control group (38 cases) and treatment group (38 cases). The patients in the control group were po administered with 5-Aminosalicylic Acid Enteric Tables, 2 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Wumei Pills on the basis of control group, 6 pills/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of syndrome scores, serum inflammatory factors including IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, and TNF-α, and intestinal flora before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.95% and 94.74%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, syndrome scores, IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and IL-10 was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, bifidobacteria and lactobacillus in two groups were significantly increased, and E.coli was significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Wumei Pills combined with 5-aminosalicylic acid has clinical curative effect in treatment of ulcerative colitis, and can decrease the clinical symptom scores, and can improve the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines, also can promote the intestinal flora restore, which has a certain clinical application value.
