目的 觀察腎炎康復(fù)片聯(lián)合還原型谷胱甘肽治療糖尿病腎病的療效。方法 選擇2012年5月-2015年5月來天津市第一中心醫(yī)院就診的糖尿病腎病患者100例,隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組,每組各50例。對照組患者靜脈滴注注射用還原型谷胱甘肽,1.8mg/次,1次/d;治療組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服腎炎康復(fù)片,5片/次,3次/d,兩組均連續(xù)治療15d。比較兩組治療前后的臨床療效,血糖(FPG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、收縮壓(SBP)和舒張壓(DBP)、總膽固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)以及腎功能指標(biāo)血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿蛋白、白蛋白和N-乙酰β-D-葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)的變化。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為84.00%、96.00%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組的血糖、血壓、血脂均比治療前顯著改善,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01);且治療組患者的SBP和TC改善的更為明顯,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。對照組的Scr、BUN、NAG水平均明顯下降,治療組的Scr、BUN、24h尿蛋白、白蛋白、NAG水平均明顯下降,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01);且治療組的腎功能指標(biāo)改善的更為明顯,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 腎炎康復(fù)片聯(lián)合還原型谷胱甘肽治療糖尿病腎病具有良好的療效,具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with reduced glutathione in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods Patients (100 cases) with diabetic nephropathy in Tianjin First Center Hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Reduced Glutathione for injection on the basis of conventional treatment, 1.8 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shenyan Kangfu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 15 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, blood glucose (FPG) and blood glucose after dinner for 2 h, systolic pressure (SBP) and diastolic pressure (DBP), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), and renal function indexes serum creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN), 24 h urin protein, albumin, and N-acetyl β-D-glycosidase enzymes (NAG) in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 84.00% and 96.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipid in two groups were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P< 0.01). After treatment, SBP and TC in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant differences between two groups (P< 0.05). Scr, BUN, and NAG in the control group were significantly decreased, Scr, BUN, 24 h urin protein, albumin, and NAG were significantly decreased, and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P< 0.01). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant differences between two groups (P< 0.01). Conclusion Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with reduced glutathione has good effect in treatment of diabetic nephropathy, which has a certain clinical application value.
