目的 觀察百令膠囊聯(lián)合卡托普利治療老年糖尿病腎病的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年1月-2015年1月漢中市中心醫(yī)院收治的糖尿病腎病患者100例,隨機分為對照組和治療組,每組各50例。對照組患者口服卡托普利片,2片/次,2次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎上口服百令膠囊,5粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療6個月。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時比較治療前后兩組尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、總膽固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血紅蛋白(HbA1c)、C反應蛋白(CRP)的變化。結果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.0%、94.0%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者尿蛋白排泄率、Scr、BUN、CRP均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);治療組降低的更顯著,兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、FPG、HbAlc均無顯著性變化。結論 百令膠囊聯(lián)合卡托普利治療糖尿病腎病具有較好的臨床療效,可顯著改善患者的腎功能指標,且不影響患者的糖脂代謝,具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiangju Capsules combined with azelastine in treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Patients (216 cases) with allergic rhinitis in Department of Otolaryngology, Beijing Luhe Hospital Capital Medical University from August 2014 to August 2015 were enrolled into this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 108 cases. Patients in the control group were given Azelastine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray, both nostril 1 spout/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiangju Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of symptom scores and serology indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 85.19% and 93.52%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and nasal itching, and the total score in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of IL-4, IL-10, and IgE in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Xiangju Capsules combined with azelastine has clinical curative effect in treatment of allergic rhinitis, and can relieve clinical symptom, improve immune ability, which has a certain clinical application value.
