目的 探討正清風(fēng)痛寧聯(lián)合美洛昔康治療骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年2月-2016年2月隆昌縣人民醫(yī)院收治的骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者440例,根據(jù)治療方案的不同分為對照組和治療組,每組各220例。對照組口服美洛昔康分散片,1片/次,2次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服正清風(fēng)痛寧片,4片/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后WOMAC評分、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、白細(xì)胞介素1β(IL-1β)、軟骨寡基質(zhì)蛋白(COMP)及基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶3(MMP-3)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為89.09%、95.45%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者疼痛評分、關(guān)節(jié)僵硬評分、日?；顒釉u分、綜合評分、IL-1β、TNF-α、COMP、MMP-3均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組的降低程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 正清風(fēng)痛寧聯(lián)合美洛昔康治療骨關(guān)節(jié)炎具有較好的臨床療效,可明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀,降低血清炎性指標(biāo),具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of Qianlie Shule Capsules combined with Longjin Tongling Capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (83 cases) with chronic prostatitis in Beijing Luhe Hospitial Capital Medical University from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 43 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Longjin Tongling Capsules, 2 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianlie Shule Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of NIH-CPSI scores and white blood cell count of prostatic fluid in two groups before and after treatment were compared. ResultsAfter treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.1% and 95.3%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, life quality impact score, micturition symptom scores, pain score, total score, and white blood cell count of prostatic fluid in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qianlie Shule Capsules combined with Longjin Tongling Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic prostatitis, and can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
