目的 探討前列舒樂膠囊聯(lián)合龍金通淋膠囊治療慢性前列腺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年12月-2015年12月首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京潞河醫(yī)院收治的慢性前列腺炎患者86例,隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組,每組各43例。對照組患者口服龍金通淋膠囊,2粒/次,3次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服前列舒樂膠囊,4粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效,同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組慢性前列腺炎癥狀指數(shù)(NIH-CPSI)評分、前列腺液中的白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后,對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為79.1%、95.3%,兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者生活質(zhì)量影響評分、排尿癥狀評分、疼痛評分、總評分、前列腺液白細(xì)胞數(shù)均顯著降低,同組治療前后差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);且治療組的降低程度優(yōu)于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 前列舒樂膠囊聯(lián)合龍金通淋膠囊治療慢性前列腺炎具有較好的臨床療效,可改善患者的臨床癥狀,降低患者的炎癥反應(yīng),具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of Qianlie Shule Capsules combined with Longjin Tongling Capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients (83 cases) with chronic prostatitis in Beijing Luhe Hospitial Capital Medical University from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Each group had 43 cases. The patients in the control group were po administered with Longjin Tongling Capsules, 2 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianlie Shule Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of NIH-CPSI scores and white blood cell count of prostatic fluid in two groups before and after treatment were compared. ResultsAfter treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.1% and 95.3%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, life quality impact score, micturition symptom scores, pain score, total score, and white blood cell count of prostatic fluid in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Qianlie Shule Capsules combined with Longjin Tongling Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic prostatitis, and can improve the clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
