目的 探討支氣管炎片聯(lián)合沙美特羅替卡松粉吸入劑治療咳嗽變異性哮喘的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年5月—2015年2月上海中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬普陀醫(yī)院呼吸內(nèi)科收治的咳嗽變異性哮喘患者92例，按治療方法的不同分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各46例。對(duì)照組吸入沙美特羅替卡松粉吸入劑，1吸/次，早晚各1次。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服支氣管炎片，2～5片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療2周，并進(jìn)行6個(gè)月的隨訪。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組治療的咳嗽評(píng)分及肺功能情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.61%、95.65%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者咳嗽評(píng)分均顯著降低，而1秒用力呼氣容積（FEV₁）和最大呼氣流量（PEF）均顯著升高，同組治療前后比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 支氣管炎片聯(lián)合沙美特羅替卡松粉吸入劑治療咳嗽變異性哮喘具有較好的療效，能改善患者肺功能，緩解咳嗽癥狀，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhiqiguanyan Tablets combined with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for inhalation in treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods Patients (92 cases) with cough variant asthma in Department of Respiratory of Putuo Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2014 to February 2015 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, the patients were divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 46 cases. Patients in the control group were inhalation administered with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for inhalation, twice daily, 1 suck/time, each time in the morning and evening. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhiqiguanyan Tablets on the basis of the control group, 2-5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks, and followed up for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies in two groups were evaluated, and the changes of cough scores and pulmonary function indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.61% and 95.65%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the cough scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but FEV₁ and PEF in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were obviously better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhiqiguanyan Tablets combined with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for inhalation have clinical curative effect in treatment of cough variant asthma, and can improve pulmonary function, relieve cough symptom, which has a certain clinical application value.
