目的 觀察血必凈注射液治療兒童急性胰腺炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年1月—2015年9月哈勵(lì)遜國(guó)際和平醫(yī)院收治的兒童急性胰腺炎患者54例，所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各27例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)治療。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注血必凈注射液0.5～1 mL/kg，加入0.9%氯化鈉注射液50～10 mL，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較患者治療前后臨床體征和炎性因子的變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組總有效率分別為62.96%、81.48%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者的臨床體癥消失時(shí)間、血淀粉酶恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間、正常飲食時(shí)間和住院時(shí)間均顯著小于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異具有顯著性（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者定C-反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）和降鈣素原（PCT）均顯著降低，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的降低程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 血必凈注射液治療兒童急性胰腺炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床體征，有效抑制炎性因子釋放，安全性高，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing Injection in treatment of acute pancreatitis in Children. Methods Children (54 cases) with acute pancreatitis in Harrison International Peace Hospital from January 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment groups, and each group had 27 cases. Children in the control group were given routine treatment. Children in the treatment group were iv administered with Xuebijing Injection on the basis of control group, 0.5-1 mL/kg added into normal saline 50-100 mL, once daily. Children in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, and clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 62.96% and 81.48%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappeared time of clinical symptoms, serum amylase returned to normal time, return to normal diet time, and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After the treatment, C-reactive protein (CRP) and procalcitonin (PCT) in two groups significantly decreased, and the differences were statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing Injection has good clinical curative effect in treatment of acute pancreatitis in children, can further improve the clinical symptoms, significantly inhibit the release inflammatory factors in children with less adverse reactions, with a certain clinical application value.
