目的 探討川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合嗎替麥考酚酯分散片治療腎病綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2015年2月—2016年2月在廣西壯族自治區(qū)南溪山醫(yī)院接受治療的腎病綜合征患者116例，按照治療方法的不同分為對照組和治療組，每組各58例。對照組口服嗎替麥考酚酯分散片，1.0 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注鹽酸川芎嗪注射液，80 mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250 mL，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時比較兩組治療前后24 h尿蛋白定量、白蛋白、血肌酐、纖維蛋白原（FIB）、血漿黏度（CP）、總膽固醇（TC）、人11去氫血栓烷B2（11-DH-TXB2）的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.76%、94.83%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、FIB、CP、TC、11-DH-TXB2均顯著降低，白蛋白升高，同組治療前后差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05），且治療組這些觀察指標的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合嗎替麥考酚酯分散片治療腎病綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，可保護腎功能，抑制血小板活化，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ligustrazine Injection combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil Dispersible Tablets in treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods Patients (116 cases) with nephrotic syndrome in Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the different treatment plans, patients were divided into control group (58 cases) and treatment group (58 cases). The patients in the control group were po administered with Mycophenolate Mofetil DispersibleTablets, 1.0 g/time, twice daily. The patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group, 80 mg added into 5% Glucose Solution 250 mL, once daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of 24 h urine protein quantitative, albumin, serum creatinine, FIB, CP, TC, and 11-DH-TXB2 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.76% and 94.83%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, 24 h urine protein quantitative, serum creatinine, FIB, CP, TC, and 11-DH-TXB2 in two groups were significantly decreased, and albumin was increased, the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil Dispersible Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of nephrotic syndrome, and can protect renal function, also can inhibit platelet activation, which has a certain clinical application value.
