目的 探討止血祛瘀明目片聯(lián)合卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘治療視網(wǎng)膜中央靜脈阻塞（CRVO）的臨床療效。方法 收集2014年8月—2016年1月在柳州市紅十字會醫(yī)院接受治療的76例CRVO患者，根據(jù)治療方案的差別分為對照組（38例）和治療組（38例）。所有患者均進(jìn)行常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)治療。對照組口服卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘片，1片/次，3次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服止血祛瘀明目片，5片/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療3個月。觀察兩組患者治療前后臨床療效，同時比較兩組患者治療前后視力、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）、內(nèi)皮素-1（ET-1）和NO水平的變化。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為94.74%，顯著高于對照組的78.95%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組患者視力水平較治療前均顯著提高（P<0.05），且治療組視力水平改善程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后兩組患者的VEGF和ET-1水平較治療前顯著降低，NO水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組這些觀察指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對照組，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 止血祛瘀明目片聯(lián)合卵磷脂絡(luò)合碘治療CRVO效果顯著，可明顯提高患者視力，改善機體細(xì)胞因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhixue Quyu Mingmu Tablets combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of central retinal vein occlusion. Methods Patients (76 cases) with CRVO in Liuzhou Red Cross Hospital from August 2014 to Janurary 2016 were divided into control group (38 cases) and treatment group (38 cases) according to the different treatments. All patients were given conventional basic treatment. The patients in the control group were po administered with Iodized Lecithin Tablets, 1 tablet/time, three times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhixue Quyu Mingmu Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, clinical effect was evaluated. In the same time, the visual acuity, VEGF, ET-1, and NO levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, clinical effect in the treatment groups was 94.74% which was significantly higher than that (78.95%) of the control group, and there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, visual acuities in two groups were obviously increased (P<0.05). And the improvement degree of visual acuity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, levels of VEGF and ET-1 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but levels of NO were obviously increased (P<0.05), and these observational indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhixue Quyu Mingmu Tablets combined with iodized lecithin in treatment of CRVO has a significant clinical effect, and can improve the visual acuity and the levels of cytokines, which has a certain clinical application value.
