目的 探討婦科止血片聯(lián)合米非司酮治療更年期功能性子宮出血的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年4月-2015年2月在東明縣人民醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科進(jìn)行治療的更年期功能性子宮出血患者100例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各50例。對(duì)照組患者口服米非司酮片，10 mg/次，1次/d，服用1個(gè)月后改為5 mg/次，1次/d，服用2個(gè)月。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服婦科止血靈片，5片/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組治療前后促黃體生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）和孕酮（P）水平變化。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為80.0%、92.0%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者LH、FSH、P水平均顯著降低，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組這些激素水平的降低程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 婦科止血靈片聯(lián)合米非司酮治療更年期功能性出血具有較好的臨床療效，能顯著降低LH、FSH、P水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Fuke Zhixueling Tablets combined with mifepristone in treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods Patients (100 cases) with menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of People's Hospital of Dongming County from April 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) groups. The patients in the control group were po administered with Mifepristone Tablets, 10 mg/time, once daily. After one month, the dosage was adjusted to 5 mg/time, once daily for 2 months. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fuke Zhixueling Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, three times daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the changes of LH, FSH, and P before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.0% and 92.0%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). The levels of LH, FSH, and P in two groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the reduce degree of these hormone levels in the treatment group were better than those of control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuke Zhixueling Tablets combined with mifepristone has clinical curative effect in treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and can significantly reduce the levels of LH, FSH, P, which has a certain clinical application value.
