目的 探討保胎無憂片聯(lián)合鹽酸利托君治療晚期先兆流產(chǎn)的臨床療效。方法 選取2013年7月-2015年3月瀘州醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科收治的晚期先兆流產(chǎn)患者100例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各50例。對(duì)照組患者靜脈滴注注射用鹽酸利托君，100 mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液500 mL，起始速度5滴/min，根據(jù)患者宮縮情況每10分鐘增加5滴，最大速度35滴/min，宮縮抑制后繼續(xù)滴注12 h，停藥前30 min口服鹽酸利托君片，第1天1片/2 h，第2天1片/4 h，第3～10天1片/6 h，每日總量不超過120 mg。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服保胎無憂片，4片/次，2次/d。兩組患者均治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較兩組臨床癥狀及宮縮消失時(shí)間及妊娠延長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，孕酮及人絨毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）水平變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為82.0%、90.0%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組患者臨床癥狀及宮縮消失時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組，治療組患者妊娠延長(zhǎng)時(shí)間顯著長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者孕酮及HCG水平均顯著升高，同組治療前后差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組這些指標(biāo)的改善程度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 保胎無憂片聯(lián)合鹽酸利托君治療晚期先兆流產(chǎn)臨床療效較好，能夠顯著升高孕婦孕酮及HCG水平，且不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Baotai Wuyou Tables combined with ritodrine hydrochloride in treatment of late threatened abortion. Methods Patients (100 cases) with late threatened abortion in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College from July 2013 to March 2015 were randomly divided into control (50 cases) and treatment (50 cases) groups. The patients in the control group were iv administered with Ritodrine Hydrochloride for injection, 100 mg added into 5% Glucose Solution 500 mL, and the starting speed was 5 drops/min, the speed was increased five drops every 10 min according to the contractions situation, and the maximum speed was 35 drops/min. The patients were continued to drip for 12 h after contractions inhibition. The patients in the control group were po administered with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Tablets 30 min before discontinuation, 1 tablet/2 h on the first day, 1 tablet/4 h on the second day, 1 tablet/6 h from the third to the tenth day, and total amount was not more than 120 mg/d. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Baotai Wuyou Tables on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, clinical symptoms disappeared time and pregnancy prolong time in two groups were compared. The changes of progesterone and HCG before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 82.0% and 90.0%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, disappeared time of clinical symptoms and contractions in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and pregnancy prolong time in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05).The levels of progesterone and HCG in two groups were increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of these observations indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Baotai Wuyou Tables combined with ritodrine hydrochloride has clinical curative effect in treatment of late threatened abortion, and can increase the levels of progesterone and HCG significantly with less adverse reactions, which has a certain clinical application value.
