目的 探討康婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合苦參堿栓治療陰道炎的臨床療效。方法 收集海南省臨高縣人民醫(yī)院2015年2月-2016年2月收治的陰道炎患者84例，按照治療方法的不同分成對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各42例。對(duì)照組使用苦參堿栓，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服康婦炎膠囊，3粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組的白帶減少、外陰瘙癢消失、外陰陰道疼痛消失和黏膜充血消失的時(shí)間，以及白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、IL-8和IL-13水平的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率（95.24%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（80.95%），兩組總有效率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組治療后的白帶減少、外陰瘙癢消失、外陰陰道疼痛消失和黏膜充血消失的時(shí)間均比對(duì)照組短，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。兩組患者陰道灌洗液中IL-2、IL-8和IL-13水平顯著降低，同組治療前后差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組治療后的上述炎性因子降低更明顯，與對(duì)照組治療后的比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 康婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合苦參堿栓治療陰道炎效果顯著，可明顯改善患者臨床癥狀和減輕炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacies of Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Matrine Suppositories in treatment of vaginitis. Methods Patients (84 cases) with vaginitis in Lingao People's Hospital from February 2015 to February 2016were divided into control and treatment groups according to the different treatment methods, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were given Matrine Suppositories, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kangfuyan Capsules on the basis of control group, 3 grains/time, twice daily. The patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated, the leucorrhea reduced time and the disappearance time of pruritus vulvae, vulva vaginal pains and mucosa engorgement, and the changes of IL-2, IL-8, and IL-13 were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of patients in treatment group (95.24%) were higher than that in control group (80.95%) with significant difference (P<0.05). The leucorrhea reduced time and the disappearance time of pruritus vulvae, vulva vaginal pains and mucosa engorgement were shorter than those in control group, and the difference was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05). IL-2, IL-8 and IL-13 levels in vaginal lavage of two groups were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). After treatment, IL-2, IL-8 and IL-13 levels in the treatment group were better than those in control group with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuyan Capsules combined with Matrine Suppositories in treatment of vaginitis has a significant clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
