目的 探討口炎清顆粒聯(lián)合西帕依固齦液治療鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2014年1月-2015年10月在湖北醫(yī)藥學院附屬東風醫(yī)院腫瘤科收治的鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎患者65例，隨機分為對照組（33例）和治療組（32例）。對照組給予西帕依固齦液，3～5 mL含漱3 min，5次/d；治療組對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服口炎清顆粒，20 g溶于200 mL溫開水沖服，2次/d，直至放療結(jié)束。觀察兩組患者治療前后疼痛程度和口腔黏膜分級的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療6、7周末，治療組數(shù)字疼痛評分法（NRS）疼痛分級1級患者例數(shù)明顯多于對照組，2～3級疼痛患者例數(shù)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療組在治療4～7周末口腔黏膜分級1級患者例數(shù)顯著多于對照組，3～4級患者例數(shù)明顯低于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 口炎清顆粒聯(lián)合西帕依固齦液治療鼻咽癌放射性口腔黏膜炎具有較好的臨床療效，可有效降低放射性口腔黏膜損傷及疼痛程度，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Kouyanqing Granules combined with Xipayi Mouth Rinse in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radioactive oral mucositis. Methods Patients (65 cases) with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radioactive oral mucositis in Department of Oncology of Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine from January 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into control (33 cases) and treatment (32 cases) groups. The patients in the control group were given Xipayi Mouth Rinse, 3-5 mL for mouthwash 3 min, five times daily. The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kouyanqing Granules on the basis of the control group until the end of radiotherapy, and 20 g dissolved in 200 mL warm water, twice daily. The changes of pain degree and classification of the oral mucosa in two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results At the weekend of sixth and seventh week, the patients in 1 grade of NRS pain were significantly more than that in the control group, patients in 2-3 grade were significantly lower than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). In the weekend of 4-7 weeks, the patients in oral mucosa1 grade of NRS pain were significantly more than that in the control group, patients in oral mucosa 3-4 grade were significantly lower than that in the control group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Kouyanqing Granules combined with Xipayi Mouth Rinse has clinical curative effect in treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radioactive oral mucositis, and can effectively reduce the degree of radioactive oral mucosa injury and pain, which has a certain clinical application value.
